This morning, the Holy Father Pope Francis appointed the Most Rev. Gregory J. Kelly, Auxiliary Bishop of Dallas, as the fifth bishop of the Diocese of Tyler. Bishop Kelly will hold a press announcement this morning, Friday, December 20, at 10:00 a.m. at the St. Paul Meeting Room at the Diocesan Chancery (1015 E. Southeast Loop 323, Tyler, TX 75701).
